I offer a range of accounting services, including bookkeeping, tax advisory, financial reporting analysis, and consulting.  I specialize in monthly accounting services and customize packages with the services you need to meet your unique business goals.

I specialize in micro and small service-industry based businesses. I love working with single-member LLCs, solopreneurs, small s-corporations, sole-proprietors, family owned businesses, and startups. I work with all sorts of professional service industries including medical, real estate, engineering, consulting, marketing, design services, and many more. 

I am located just outside of Charlotte, NC. But because my business is virtual, I serve clients remotely all over the country. 

My rates vary depending on the nature and complexity of your business along with your average transaction volume and the number of accounts involved. I use a flat fee billing method, which provides transparency and predictability in your monthly expenses, avoiding any unexpected surprises often associated with traditional hourly billing. While I do not offer tax preparation, all of my services include a year-end tax-ready report to make tax preparation a breeze! I have a background in tax preparation and often incorporate tax planning and strategies as part of my services. I can take the tax jargon your preparer throws at you and break it down in a way that you can understand and act on. I can also help you setup your accounting systems to ensure your record keeping is in ideal order for tax preparation and you are not missing any deductions. And if you don’t already have a tax professional, I can help you find the perfect fit. 

I use QuickBooks Online for all monthly accounting services because it’s the industry leader and offers a robust range of customizations perfectly suited for small business. QuickBooks Online provides several advantages, such as user-friendly interfaces, seamless integration capabilities, and an extensive array of features designed to streamline your financial management.  If you’re currently using a different accounting software, I can help you smoothly transition to QuickBooks Online. Or if you're not sure what's right for you, don't worry! I can help you understand all of your options and make the right choice for your business. Plus, I'm well-equipped to integrate QuickBooks with any other software you may be using, including industry-specific invoicing solutions or payment apps. 

My monthly packages are designed to take all the accounting burden off your shoulders so you can focus on running your business! As I am learning your business and we are establishing processes, I will likely have several questions. But the questions will become less frequent once we have established a good routine. I’ll always strive towards making things as effortless as possible for you. 

As a business owner, it's crucial to stay connected with your financial data, and I'm here to help. I included regular Zoom coaching sessions in all packages, and we can customize the frequency to fit your needs. Plus, you can reach out via phone or email anytime you have questions. And for those who prefer minimal contact (totally get it, not everyone loves accounting), you'll still receive a monthly email with your financial reports and handy tips.
