If your books are behind or need attention before we can begin ongoing monthly bookkeeping and business coaching, I can assess what needs to be done and provide a separate quote for catch-up or cleanup work using QuickBooks Online. The cost depends on the condition of your books, how much work is needed, and the complexity of your business.

Every business is different, so I use flat monthly fees based on the services you need and the complexity of your books. This means you know what to expect each month, rather than being billed by the hour.

Pricing depends on factors such as:

• The volume of transactions
• The number of bank, credit card, and loan accounts

• The level of reporting and coaching you need
• Any catch-up bookkeeping or cleanup required

I don't prepare tax returns, but my background in tax preparation helps me guide clients through tax-related questions and planning considerations throughout the year.

My services include year-end, tax-ready financial reports to help make tax preparation easier. I can also help you understand tax concepts, discuss tax-planning considerations, and organize your bookkeeping so you and your tax professional have reliable records to work with.

Not much! My goal is to take bookkeeping off your plate so you can focus on running your business.

When I need information from you, I'll send questions through your secure client portal so you can easily see what's needed and respond in one place. I may have more questions during the first few months as I learn your business, but once we're in a good routine, I typically need very little from you each month.

And if something changes in your business or you have a question, I'm always happy to talk it through with you and explore how it might affect your finances. You don't have to figure it all out on your own!

Regular virtual coaching and check-ins are part of my monthly services. Meeting frequency depends on your service plan and can be tailored to your needs.

Our conversations can cover your financial reports, business goals, challenges, and opportunities. My goal is to help you understand your numbers and use them to make informed decisions, not just hand over reports and leave you to figure them out.
